Hi! My name is Siphephelo (Sphe) and I am a strength and conditioning coach, as well as sports performance coach. I have been doing this for 4 years now. Through this I was able to change my physical appearance which greatly boosted my self-esteem, and my confidence, and I've progressed steadily in the sport(athletics) that I am doing. I have trained and learned many valuable things from many big and well known individuals in athletics;(Wayde Van Niekerk, Curtis Mitchell, Cornel Fredericks, Mame Anne Ibra, e.t.c). I also work with Rugby guys who want to improve their acceleration, their strength and their overall stability. I believe the skills and knowledge I've attained over the years can help make you better too.

This is where we prepare the body to do all that it is supposed to do. We condition you in the weight room to be strong enough to carry your own body with efficiency, to be more explosive, to be flexible and to have great body stability. This is crucial for anyone who wishes to perform at a professional level.

Muscle gain, Strength, Weight loss

This program is for anyone who either wants to gain muscle, or to lose weight, or to look more lean, or to bulk up and to just get stronger. This is for any typical gym-rat. The focus here is on the way you do certain exercises, and how much of those exercises you should do? how often? All that will determine how fast you gain muscle or mass, or how fast you lose weight, or how much stronger you become, and all the other results you may be looking for.
